Etant un établissement hospitalo-universitaire d’enseignement et de recherche en Médecine vétérinaire, nous sommes conscients de l’importance de la qualité en tant qu’assurance de la satisfaction des attentes des parties intéressées : étudiants, éleveurs, vétérinaires praticiens, professionnels et entreprises de l’industrie agro-alimentaire et pharmaceutiques et organismes étatiques…

L’ENMV a pour mission de mettre en œuvre un enseignement de qualité visant la professionnalisation des médecins vétérinaires en adéquation avec les besoins des marchés et milieux de l’emploi et leur évolution, le renforcement de la spécialisation dans le cadre du résidanat, le soutien de la recherche scientifique dans le domaine des sciences vétérinaires et des productions animales et l’organisation des formations complémentaires dans le cadre de la formation continue.

Créée en 1974, l’ENMV a formé plusieurs générations, et a contribué dans l’amélioration de l’économie en Tunisie.

Unique en Tunisie avec un rayonnement sur l’Afrique, elle a contribué à l’amélioration de la santé et du bien être des animaux, de la sécurité sanitaire des aliments tout en s’intégrant dans un pôle scientifique et technique universitaire.

Outre l’évaluation nationale conduite pat l’Instance Nationale de l’Evaluation de l’Assurance Qualité et de l’Accréditation (IEAQA), en collaboration avec l’Office International des Epizooties (OIE) et par l’intermédiaire du Réseau des Etablissements d’Enseignement Vétérinaire de la Méditerranée (REEV-Med), l’ENMV s’est engagée dans le processus d’accréditation selon le système européen d’évaluation de la formation vétérinaire (ESEVT) piloté par l’AEEEV.

Cet engagement vise principalement une reconnaissance internationale du diplôme national de médecine vétérinaire tunisien.

Soucieux de renforcer l’image de notre école en tant que pépinière de compétences de haut niveau visant un positionnement international, nous avons décidé de mettre en place un système qualité selon la norme ISO 9001 version 2015 dans le cadre de notre démarche vers une accréditation internationale.

La direction de l’ENMV s’engage à répondre à ses missions et à satisfaire ses clients :

 

  • En plaçant l’étudiant et son employabilité au centre de ses actions avec le souci constant de mieux cerner, comprendre et aller au devant de ses attentes tout en considérant les besoins des milieux et des marchés de l’emploi en médecine vétérinaire,
  • En se donnant les moyens d’analyser et de revoir l’efficacité et la qualité de ses services dans un souci d’amélioration continue,
  • En associant tout son personnel ainsi que les parties prenantes concernées à la réflexion sur ses orientations et ses objectifs, tout en veillant à ce que la politique qualité soit communiquée et bien comprise par tous.

Dans ce cadre, nous avons fixé les orientations suivantes :

 

  • Implémenter l’approche de formation par compétences dans l’enseignement vétérinaire (Référentiels, métiers-compétences, formation et évaluation),
  • Développer la reconnaissance internationale du diplôme vétérinaire tunisien en accompagnant l’ENMV vers l’accréditation AEEEV,
  • Développer et améliorer nos offres de services et nos prestations pour assurer des supports de formation diversifiés et de qualité pour nos formations,
  • Œuvrer à assurer l’adéquation des compétences de bases de nos diplômés avec l’évolution de l’art vétérinaire.

 

La direction s’engage, autant que possible, à mettre à disposition les ressources nécessaires afin de mener à bien les orientations fixées.

Par ailleurs, toute l’équipe de la direction compte sur la commission qualité ainsi que sur tout le personnel de l’établissement pour conjuguer les efforts dans le but de se conformer à cette politique qualité.
