L’ENMV s’étend sur 30 Hectares. Outre l’Administration centrale et la Bibliothèque l’établissement dispose de plusieurs amphithêatres, de salles de travaux pratiques, d’un auditorium et d’un Musée d’anatomie.En plus de l’hopital avec les consultations cliniques , cinq (05) blocs regroupent les différents services correspondant aux différentes spécialités. Enfin , au niveau social , l’ENMV offre la restauration et l’hébergement aux étudiants.
