La recherche est confiée de façon privilégiée à des équipes pluridisciplinaires qui regroupent plusieurs disciplines de l’école et qui, chaque fois que cela est possible, s’associent à des laboratoires extérieurs tunisiens ou étrangers. Les principaux thèmes de recherche sont :

• Qualité et sécurité alimentaires

• Alimentation minérale des bovins – Utilisation des probiotiques

• Diagnostic histologique des pathologies animales

• Anatomie et métabolisme du dromadaire
