One fairy tale in particular is that often the bank wants your house. The bank wants your hard earned money, not your property. They want the amount of money they gave you having interest.   I think that a foreclosure can have a important effect on the client's life. House foreclosures can have a 7 to 10 years negative relation to a client's credit report.
