According to my research, after a foreclosed home is available at an auction, it is common for the borrower in order to still have a remaining balance on the financial loan. There are many lenders who try to have all fees and liens paid off by the following buyer. However, depending on selected programs, legislation, and state guidelines there may be many loans that are not easily settled through the switch of personal loans. Therefore, the duty still rests on the borrower that has received his or her property in foreclosure process. Thank you for sharing your notions on this site.
