人的广播列表。
## 二、手机端创建与同步流程
网页版目录中的商品，来源于手机端的以下设置路径：
1. 打开 WhatsApp Business App，点击右上角
**⋮** → **“设置”** → **“商业工具”** → **“目录”**；
2. 点击 **“添加新商品”**，上传最多 **10 张**产品图片或视频；
3. 填写产品名称（必填）、价格、描述、网站链接及产品代码；
4. 点击保存，Meta 通常在几分钟内完成审核。
审核通过后，在网页版刷新页面，目录中的新商品会自动同步显示。
## 三、核心限制

**隐藏缺货商品而非删除。** 手机端支持“隐藏”功能，缺货商品可从目录中暂时移除而不丢失数据。
**分享目录链接。** 在网页版目录界面点击链接图标，即可复制目录公开链接，可将其置于网站、社交媒体简介或自动回复中。
## 五、进阶方案
若需要多客服协作、API 接入或 CRM 同步，免费 Business App 及网页版均无法满足。此时需升级至 **WhatsApp Business API**，通过 BSP（商业解决方案提供商）实现多用户管理、自动化目录同步和订单管理。
总结：网页版产品目录适合**浏览、分享和轻量发送商品**，但所有内容管理必须回到手机端完成。将手机端作为“管理后台”，网页版作为“销售前台”，是目前最务实的操作方式。
